We were moved to a triple room and had a microwave oven, air conditioning, and an individual safe. Its location right by a monumental square was particularly good and excellent.

Stayed in triple room in a very comfortable bed which was perfect for me. The breakfast was great with AMAZING croissants, and the restaurant's offer was amazing! In general the staff were nice and courteous. Marvellous location, it was not far from the Coliseum, Spanish steps & Trevi fountain.

The location was excellent and lovely for exploring this local area, just next door to the landmarks. The breakfast was very very good with sweet bakeries, pastries plus eggs and the restaurant food was SAVOURY.

It had central location close to a grand boulevard.

Fancy, romantic room with the towels put into shapes on the bed, lovely decorations, for example. Excellent, ideal location in Repubblica district close enough to Italian restaurants, the airport `` Ciampino '', and the alley way.

Well-maintained and nice hotel in a great area, close to bars and restaurants. Exceptionally clean units with balcony. Such wonderful overall experience.

Everything was nice, had a wonderful stay on vacation. The hotel had a marvellous location a few steps away from an art gallery. And it was also short walk to monuments, historical places to visit, Termini and local bus stops as well as Piazza Venezia and Colesseo...

Everything is very good, I really enjoyed it. It is nestled right in the heart of the town, near a noisy square. There's no better place to stay in Rome.

The B&B Roma Royal Residence is a great base for exploring Rome attractions. The staff is friendly and creates a welcoming family atmosphere. The location is lovely, right in the heart of Rome.

the whole experience was wonderful. triple room with a balcony, the jacuzzi, a bathtub was ready when we checked-in. the location in a great area was particularly good and there were a market and shops nearby. the place was next door to the heart of rome.

Located in a good neighborhood, this hotel is just a short walk from all the attractions in the city center. With restaurants, shops, and even a gelato shop right outside the door, there's plenty to do and see. The staff is super friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The room is clean and comfortable, with a smart TV and little extras that make it feel like home.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room is weak and spotty.

Great location, comfortable rooms and beds, modern showers, Smart TV with Netflix, excellent local advice and directions, complimentary fridge drinks.

Nothing not to love.

The location is fantastic, with the Center of the city, Trevi fountain, and Colosseum all very close by. Thank you for the excellent stay, it feels like vacation ends too soon here!
